Magamila

Magamila is a farm located in the centre of Sicily that sits amomgst beautfull rolling hills. The history of Magamila traces back to more than 100 years ago when my grandfather inherited the land from his father. With family history, and food being a staple of Sicilian culture, Magamila is a window into this life that I have the mission to share. In Magamila we work taking care of the natural resources, bringing together inoovation, susanability and respect for the enviroment. The strictly organic cultivation of the olive groves, almond trees, sulla flower and wheat makes use of an irrigation system with low energy impact. Magamila organic olive oil is high in polyphenols and low in acidity providing a superior quality. Magamila olive oil is a blend of three cultivars: Nocellara Etnea (75%), Biancolilla and Cerasuola (25%). The oil is characterized by a fruity smell and offers a ballanced taste with notes of black peppercorn and fresh herbs. Costanza
