Superbon crisps, a Belgium brand, made in Spain and now in the UK. When you open the bag, you get a blast of fresh seaweed seasoning, it's amazing how it hits you like a wave. The eating experience is delicate, its salty as you might expect and its incredible. Using real seaweed and on a potato crisp is such a unique thing and clever marriage of flavours from Chef Philippe, owner of Superbon and creator of another amazing flavour.
